SURF AND TURF SMELT, DEEP FRIED PARSNIPS, SWEET POTATO CHIPS AND ASPARAGUS

My wife wanted a burger so I cooked her a moose burger and had a pan of fond that I thought would make a great start to a new smelt recipe, so I de-glazed the pan with courvoisier and added some worcestershire sauce with ground pepper. I also deep fried some parsnips along with sweet potato and toasted some almonds with asparagus. This is a little out of the ordinary but tasted delicious!
